I have never had an issue with this McDonalds until last night with the little girl who worked at the drive through. If her name is Elizabeth or not, they may have given me an incorrect name. They couldn’t get the orders right in the drive through lane, proceeded to ask me for my receipt, got confused because they messed the row of orders up. Proceeds to give me incorrect order, I tell her it’s incorrect, LASHES out at me because my receipt is incorrect. I’m talking YELLING at ME because the receipt is not MY order? I’m pretty sure that is McDonalds fault and not the CUSTOMERS fault? Maybe do your job correctly and this all wouldn’t be an issue. Getting defensive and screaming at customers because you are stressed all of your orders are incorrect now is very much a McDonald’s staff problem and not the customers. Blew me away. Stomps off and shuts the window while I’m telling her my order. The little girls trash behavior goes well with all of the negative reviews I read about this McDonald’s.

We ordered at the drive through and they got our order wrong no we changed it to the correct order(or we thought it would be right). When we received our food it was wrong again. They apologized and said they would make it right. When we received it it was wrong again. How many times does it take to get your order correct? Well I don’t know because we left. So frustrating.

Use to love going to this McDonald’s but unfortunately it’s turned to crap. I made an online order and when I went to pick it up 5 items were missing from my order. One of those items I used my rewards points on. Not only is it frustrating to be missing items but it’s a complete waste of rewards points . In the last month I have gone to this location 4 times and every time items are missing from my order. Not to mention when I made the online order I waited 15 minutes before going to pick it up and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes in the drive through for them to bring me out my order.
It’s freaking McDonald’s, how hard is it to pack an order correctly just once?
Waste of money and time!

It smells horrible in there. You can’t sit and enjoy your meal with out smelling trash or flies landing in your food. The employees are rude and not helpful at all. I’ve came everyday for the last week and a half and everyday something was wrong, whether it was the food to the atmosphere to the employees attitudes.

Dont pay them to throw away their old trash food!
Ordered the Crispy Delux Chicken sandwich meal inside the store. Told the kid behind the counter I wanted it cooked to order with extra mayo and would wait for a freshly cooked sandwich. Needless to say, it was delivered to my table over cooked, old and cold. BTW, the french fries were cold too..... and this was during their lunch rush where food shouldnt be sitting around getting cold or old!
If this is an example of McDonalds NEW quality standards, they should just close down all their stores and open up a take-and-bake chain so customers can ruin their own food and THEN throw it in the trash!
