But due to poor training or maybe she wanted a free meal, an employee refused to give me my pickup order claiming "A Dasher needs to pick it up". How anyone in 2025 doesn't know how the concept of ordering pick up or how doordash works is beyond me. Waste of my work break having to explain that to her and then having to talk through support to get a refund that isn't normally allowed. If somebody decided to use doordash pick up that wasn't a longtime user, this employee would have screwed them out of not only their time, but their money.

The sandwiches were slopped together and had to ask for moreon some items. The items that were asked to have more of didn't happen. The two behind the counter didn't know what went on the specific sandwiches. They need to be trained a lot better in making sandwiches.
