  Service tends to be slow at this location pretty frequently. Typically I wait 15 to 20 minutes. Which may not sound that bad however I preorder an additional 10 to 15 minutes before I arrive to pick up my order and it has never been ready when I arrive.

  Store was trash. Everything was sticky & dirty. An employee spent most of his time outside like he has business. Nobody seemed to care about the cleanliness of the store & all employees need to be replaced. Audit is much needed & the kitchen was disgusting.

  We just left Taco Bell 30 minutes after ordering and canceled our order because everyone coming in got their food. We never did see ours won’t go there again. This isn’t the first time eight workers and they’re all standing around having a good time.

  I came in tonight and got a order for 4 people it took over 30 min to get got it home and was missing things. I had to go back up there and had to wait an additional 20 to get it. A few items was incorrect but didn't say anything about them. Do better Taco Bell. That's crazy the wait times there

  I usually don’t have the best experiences here, especially during the daytime or when ordering delivery; the food is often not great, and items like sauces or napkins are frequently missing. On top of that, the morning and evening staff can come across as rude, inattentive, or just generally dismissive However, around 11:30 PM last night (05/05), the drive thru staff completely changed that. The guys working that night were incredibly kind, funny, and clearly enjoying themselves. Not to mention our service was actually quick. It was really refreshing to see employees having fun while still providing great service Our order was perfect; we had no issues with the food at all, and everything we needed (sauces, napkins, etc.) was included without having to ask. They were attentive, upbeat, and genuinely made us laugh, which honestly made our whole night better I really wish there were more people like them on the earlier shifts. Having positive, friendly, and considerate employees makes a huge difference, and it shows how much the people you work with can impact the overall experience
