  So their food is OK or whatever basic McDonald’s food but their surface is horrible half of the time they don’t even get the order right and it takes him 20 years to get you one thing even if no one’s in the line there is another McDonald’s in Neosho that one is way better nicer people

  Food is usually wrong or missing, definitely always smashed. Drive thru is usually rude. Curbside is normally sweet, but the wait is no Less than 10 minutes. It's what we get for counting on others to fix our dinner, I suppose.

  We ordered ahead of time, got there at 10:33AM 3 minutes after they stopped making breakfast, which I waited in line for, just to be told it was past 10:30 so we couldn’t get breakfast. So then we ordered for lunch, just to be forgotten about while at the second drive through window for over an hour. And when they asked why I was waiting I told them I was still waiting in our food, just to be reassured they forgot about me. Then when I got our food they assured me everything was there (which I should’ve double checked) only to find out when I got home they only gave me half of our order. When (and I can’t specify this enough) THEY TOLD ME EVERYTHING WAS THERE. And the worst part? This isn’t the first time this has happened. Every time I order ahead OR at the drive through there’s ALWAYS something missing.

  Seems everytime I go through their drive thru they have me pull forward to a parking spot, I then wait another 10 minutes just to get my food. I believe they are focused on their drive times instead of just getting people their food
