Would have been nice for someone to tell me they had a computer for me to put in my own order , but the next people that came in went up to the counter and they took their order. Finally get food and it's wasn't all there but at this point just want to leave. The place needed cleaned and the bathroom was completely disgusting. No soap in the soap dispenser and that was after the manager just walked out without flushing and being in their 15 min, with no soap in there I don't see how any hands got washed. People could definitely be more helpful with a more pleasant demeanor

I've called each time and of course go the next day for a replacement. However, today not only was it made wrong, it had zero meat. Basically I paid $12 for a bowl of black beans and veggies. Called and was argued with by some kid in the phone that he made it himself and basically called me a liar. The Manager was not any better. I called corporate after being hung up on. I work in Customer Service and this should never be tolerated. I realize it's fast food but cmon.
