- SKsherie kimbrough6 days ago1.0I waited 20 minutes for a mcflurry that I had ordered. I kept asking why so long. And the answer was let me check. I talked to the manager and he didn't seem to care. The person at the front counter was very very rude and disrespectful. It wasn't that busy at 3 pm. People that came in after me got there specialty drinks before me. I finally just asked for my money back. I tried to call customer service but they wanted to know to much personal information. This is the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. If I could give negative stars I would. I went on the feedback webb page. Wanted just a little bit to much information.
