I ordered a Large Caramel Frappe on the app. Firstly they took a very long time to get through a few orders making me wait in line for 30 mins (there was only 3 other vehicles there) second, when I was handed my order the server didn't even look at me just said my order stuck his arm out the window and as soon as I had it in hand shut the window before I could say anything it seemed like he was more interested in talking to other employees. Third, my Frappe was NOT a Large, more like a medium in a large cup! Every other McDonald's I've gotten them from they are filled to the top then have the whipped cream put on top. If I hadn't been in a hurry to get to a class I would have complained right then and there but I instead took a picture before ever having a drink. And lastly, I've been drinking a lot of caramel frappe's lately, enough to tell that it wasn't a caramel frappe, it tasted like mocha but had caramel drizzled on top of the whipped cream and that's it. I was very disappointed by this experience and if I could give a zero star rating I would!

We are local and everyone goes to McDonald’s, but every time we get to that second window, those two girls always have such a sour attitude. They won’t talk to you and they basically throw your food at you. Their hair is greasy and always in their face, and it ruins our experience. Sunday 10/26 at 7:30pm. The first window is lady is exceptional. The second one needs a new job out of the customer service industry.
