On Christmas eve why didn’t they just say hey we close at x time but we will be closing early then that so don’t worry about coming here. Then times we have long wait times with just a few people in line food cold but told it would be at least another 10 minutes before we could get hot fries or anything then more than one person sitting at window talking and not paying attention to drinks or food brought up by people in the back just need better bosses to get people doing a better job
