Wow neosho Rude cashier, didnt even get to order was ignored too long ...guess giving Arby's 2nd chance after failure of sarcoxie was another bad decision. But after leaving wow I am asking both managers be relieved of duty after cussing at my wife.... the complete disregard for people is beyond belief definitely seeking legal advice at this point!!

I was there today about 11:30 am. I stood and waited at the counter for about 5 minutes. Everyone working looked at me and went back to what they were doing. I felt like I was invisible. I felt that they didn't want my business so I left.

Very disappointed with everything, food was cramed all in one bag, and it was smashed and cold, no one greeted me in a professional manner, their outside lights were off when it was dark.... almost did not see the place, all around service was not professional, management could have been more curtious, I would not recommend going back....you have lost my service as a customer, they put stickers all over the bag for whatever reason, had to tear the bag open to check the contents, had to ask them to put everything in another bag, they failed on that one....no pride in the job...
Apparently arbys doesnt know the difference between arby sauce and horse raddish sauce also barely any meat on the sandwiches will go to joplin next time

If I could do a -stars, I would. Approximately 3 weeks ago, I stopped by and went through the drive thru and ordered a meat and 3. I wanted chicken, but they didn't have chicken or fish because they said they returned to the vendor because of quality. Inconvenient, but understandable. I conceded with the roast beef, and wanted potatoe cakes, but they were out of those, and the mozzarella sticks, AND coke. So, I ordered regular fries, jalapeño bites, and dr. Pepper. The spices on the curly fries irritate my mouth so I never order those. I took my food back to work, and ended up with curly fries and a weird tasting dr. Pepper. I called, and complained, and was told I would have another meal comped when I came back. Fast forward to today. I called in advance manager was snippy, took the order, got there, and spent 25 minutes to get the order, wrong again! Fish and fries this time, still not chicken and potatoe cakes. Remade and finally correct and out of there 25 minutes later. Kid at drive thru got hateful when I said the order was still wrong, was wearing a hoodie with the hood up(not professional), and used the f-word loudly when he left the window. Come on, Arby's! You can do better!!!
