  Man I tell ya! Mountain Groves Taco Bell is always the best! The service is great - my order is always made correct - and I never have to move ahead because they do t have something ready. Thank you guys for being friendly and great at making my lunches you are all great! 👍

  I come here a couple times a week. I usually spend about $20-$30 each time. I ordered on the app today and in my order, I wanted to try the dessert empanadas. I got home and they were not there. I tried calling and got no answer. So I drove back. I told them at the window that I didn't receive them. LISA...copped an attitude with me stating someone said they put them in my "box". I didn't get a box, I got a bag. She shoved them out the window and said, "here." And then slammed the window in my face. I didn't deserve that. So because SHE messed up my order, that's my fault? I will not be coming back here. To treat the customers like that over their own mistake, is uncalled for. Taco bell has really gone downhill lately because of the people they hire. It doesn't matter what you do for work, but have some pride in it.
