While they did make an error on my order, they corrected and gave my son a coupon for a free taco upon request. The manager was rather rude, seeing as it was their mistake, but the gal at the window is an absolute doll. I do also enjoy that they let their staff express themselves! This is my home Taco Bell and I visit frequently, they usually get it right on the first try.

The drive thru seemed a bit faster than normal, we didn't receive the napkins or sauce packets that they had asked me did I need some. So by the time we headed home we were a bit messy and ate bland seasoned food. But we were filled so, I can't complain there. We are in our car so I didn't get the "atmosphere". Much cleaner parking lot than other areas (see other post).

We told him 2 chips and cheese, im use to checking to make sure and we only had one so when we told her she was incredibly rude saying it only rang up as one and that it was on us even though it looked correct on the screen outside. We ordered two large freezes and they BARELY filled them up, there was a quarter of the cup missing. Terrible service. Wish they’d compensate for their terrible performance. It was hideous. ON TOP of all of the above, the meat was bland and not even seasoned. Everything was cold, including the nacho cheese sauce! Its not that hard to fill up a cup or keep food hot!
