they were very rude. waited in line for almost 15 mins. i order breakfast on my app at 1015, went to pick it up & they told me that they weren’t serving breakfast.

They always seem to get your orders wrong and then also proceed to send you down the road with no straws they look like a bunch of chickens with there heads cut off in there

Every time I go there I have to pull u and wait for my food. Not once have they ever given me everything through the window. I don’t even get anything unusual. Today I pulled up to wait for my food only to find out they got my order wrong. Instead of trying to fix the issue I was told that I can rather go inside or wait through the drive though again. I’ve never had these problems at any other McDonald’s. I will not be returning.

It took 20-25 mins to get my order at 8:30. No self service drinks. Another customer asked for a refill and they had to enter another order, get a mgr to okay removing the charge, and she had to wait for her order to be processed behind all the others waiting on the slow service. There was a sign indicating “If you need assistance, ask a customer service representative.” In the 25 minutes I waited, a rep was available about 5 of those minutes. Whatever has been done by McDonalds regarding their customer/order flow, it isn’t working. I’ve waited as long for food recently as if I had gone to a sit down restaurant.

I’m 60 years old, & have gone to McDonald’s all my life.
On 10-23-25 at about 815pm was the worse experience of my life. After starting out in the drive thru with no movement for about 5 minutes, we decided to ditch the line & go inside. There are 4 of us.
We enter inside and wait another 5 minutes at an empty counter before a girl finally takes mercy on us and grudgingly takes our order. We order.
We now go sit down with our receipt and discuss how odd we didn’t get our drinks, or that there is no drink station at this McDonald’s. It’s not a McDonald’s inside a gas station, it’s a stand on it’s own McDonald’s. Still

As we are sitting there waiting on our meal there’s two boys on a both across from us that’s trying to disrupt us and another couple in another booth. He’s being totally belligerent and just trying to disrupt patroons. One person at a booth appeared to be a McDonald’s employee on her break. Anyway, we waited out the storm until this Rude, Stoned individual & his buddy finally got up and left.
After 12 minutes from ordering our number was finally called. Of course our order wasn’t correct. My Granddaughter had ordered a $5 meal which was supposed to come with chicken nuggets. After eating inside for awhile my granddaughter remembered that she was supposed to get chickens with that, which it said right on the receipt listed the chicken nuggets. As we went back up to get our missing food we had to wait as a boy at the counter was telling a girl employee some long dragged out story before we could get our missing food items.

The counter to get a refill for our hour drive home. The rest is just what my Granddaughter told us. They took their existing ups up there. People in line saw them and let them scoot past them for the refills. The girl at the counter 1. Wanted to charge them for the refills. 2. Told them they couldn’t have a large do the game pieces, only a medium. 3. Needed a managers thumb print to get a refill! They were just trying to get a drink in the same damn cup and get out the door. Me & my wife now have pulled by the door waiting for them to come out. It’s taking forever, and we think that one of them needed a bathroom break. About 12 minutes later they come out EMPTY HANDED. She said the girl finally took there cups and disappeared. She said they waited that long because they didn’t want to
Just leave if they actually were making the drinks.
They finally decided to give up & just leave.
The whole experience was a complete zero. I don’t think I’ve ever really felt uncomfortable in a McDonald’s, and yes I could of found a manager about the unruly patron inside, but we also had to exit the building, & I thought it wasn’t worth it. We out waited this fool.
