I was given my drink at the window and told to go to one of the drive thru stalls to wait for the rest of my order. I got my food a few mins later and drove home. I live 2 miles from McDonald's max. I got home to enjoy my food and my FRIES WERE COLD. Only one sandwich was above room temperature. The other sandwich was lukewarm. I've lived in the area for 3 years and consistently get bad service at this location. Over the last 3 years I have gotten one apple pie that was warm, the rest have been cold. One time I had to wait in the drive thru 30 mins from the time I ordered my food to the time I received it. The employees always under-fill the drinks. They consistently fill them just past 3/4 full. Over the last 2 weeks, I've eaten at four other locations and my food was good, hot, and ready quickly. I don't know who is to blame for the consistent bad service at the Mountain Grove location. However, for it to continue for years on end, it has to be management.
