- LPLouis PattersonApr 6, 20261.0I oederd a tuna on flatbread. All I wanted on it was mayo and salt and pepper. I got tomatoes which I'm allergic to an cheese that I can't eat. Pluse lettuce and onions that I didn't want. Not happy.

My white bread was not toasted so no mistake- it was so old that the thick part just crumbled into sawdust when I bit into it and end 1/3 portion was so tough couldn't even bite into it. - MLMike LloydJan 12, 20261.0They are never open on time. Opening an hour after the time on the door most times. I ordered a sandwich online this morning. That was supposed to be ready by 8:45. They open at 8 o’clock. When I got there at 8:44 the lights were off and the manager was just filling the station. I knocked on the door and she ignored me. I was running late for work and was relying on this food to get me through until lunchtime. So I had to leave without food and without being able to ask for a refund. I had to call the store multiple times to ask for a refund.. If this was just one or two times that this has happened, it wouldn’t be a big deal but I have eaten Subway almost every day for a couple of months and I’ve had to go to a different subway because they just don’t open on time. Either change the hours or get new management because that is ridiculous.
