  Waited 10 minutes from paying to receive food, missing an item from our meal and no one would answer the phone after 20 rings so there was no way to notify of the mistake, I was already 15 minutes from the store to turn around

  Arrived at 11:25 yea I know it’s late and they close at 12 but just got off work wanting something quick. Waited for 15 mins before getting up to the box then waited another 20 mins at the box. the car next to me pulled up after me and they ended up taking their order, called the store at 12 and asked if they could still take my order since if been waiting there for 35 mins they manager said our headset shut off at 11:55 and we can’t take anymore orders, and we have an automated voice that says sorry we are close and can’t take orders, Which didn’t make any sense because I’ve pulled up at 11:55 before and ordered just fine. Very disappointed, and don’t even get me started with every other time I go my order is never made right.

  So. Slow. Curbside. Drive thru. All of it. If you want to wait 30-45 minutes for your food. Go to Mt Vernon or the Aurora one. At least the longest part of that is the drive 🙄

  5:20 AM. I pulled up to the right, the same time a truck pulled up to left side. They truck ordered. I sit there, a car pulled up to left side and ordered. I sit there. I finally back up and went to left side. I ordered. I waited a very long time in drive thru. Did not even get up to the first window. This was about 12 minutes from me pulling up to order. I left. Called manager and told her the situation and that I left. She said there was only two people there and she was doing her best. I advised that was no my fault, she needed to hire more people. I can’t wait in line for a drink for over 12 minutes, some of us are on our way to work. McDonald’s you disappoint me. You need to do better!!!!!! Maybe start with new management

  Ordered food on the Mobile App for curbside pickup, was told food would be made fresh once I arrive and enter my stall #. When I got there, it wouldn't let me enter the stall # so I went thru the drive thru, was told my order was made and thrown away because I didn't pick it up. The male manager on duty today stated I didn't pick it up. I advised him that the food wasn't supposed to be made until I entered my stall number when I arrived. He refused to assist me through the drive thru. So I drove around to go inside and was met with complete rudeness. They refused to remake the food or refund my money. Then the same male manager tried to give me the food out of 21.the trash to give to my daughter. This location is unprofessional, rude, and shouldn't employ people trying to give food out of the trash to customers. There were several witnesses to him trying to get the food out of the trash to give me for my daughter. He refused to contact the General manager, stating he didn't have a phone number for him, which is a complete lie. The health department will be notified about how I was offered food in the trash! Will never go to this location ever again. The owner needs to clean house and get people in there who truly want to do the right thing and correct their errors. I was neither reimbursed or received the food I had paid for. He told me to go online and reorder and I refused to pay again for the food I had already paid for. The complaint line is no better. I was told my $ wouldn't be refunded for 15 days. I didn't wait 15 days to pay for the food. Horrible manager and horrible customer service. He should be fired immediately for trying to give me food out of the trash!
