  Ordered two of the new Steak and poblano rolled quesadillas and both of them were full of peppers and little to no steak. Every bite couldn’t taste anything but peppers 0/10 would not recommend.

  I waited over 40 minutes for my order, and when I finally asked about it, they told me it was just now being made. I had somewhere important to be and was already running late because of their delay, so I asked for a refund. After all that, they still charged me for a drink I never got. Completely unacceptable experience. I won’t be coming back.

  The night people at this Taco Bell must really not like their jobs. Is it really that hard to put down fresh fries after I asked specifically for them? Theyd rather just refry old ones and psss the out the window. Not a soul was there so they werent pressed for time. Not to mention every taco or burrito I get looks smashed and man handled.

  Ordered “Dine in”, came out in a “to go” bag. Of course you have to use a kiosk, no personal service even tho there are 5 employees milling around watching one work. When I asked why there was no silverware or napkins in the bag to eat the beans and rice I ordered, the response was, well aren’t you going to take it home? No, I’m going to sit here with my family and eat! Just like it said on the ticket, “Dine in”. I know it sounds petty, but if I did take it to go, what are you supposed to do, lick the bowl like a dog? The reviews here are terrible, do better.

  I rarely go to Taco Bell anymore and when I do... I'm immediately reminded why and ask myself why do I keep paying more and more money for less and less product and flavor? It used to be a halfway decent place to eat when they used REAL ingredients and actually included it in your order. Taco Bell you keep going downhill.... Everywhere, not just this location, although this location has been particularly bad, since the first time I ate here in 2023. Tonight was no different. After working all day, tired, exhausted, and not wanting to cook. I stopped and ordered a Cantina bowl with no rice, which is what I have always done since it came out. Sometimes they can be pretty tasty, but not here!! This was the worst. I called the manager after I got home, opened it up, and looked at it... to ask how much beans they normally put on a cantina bowl? She said one scoop. I said, "so that's equal to about 1 Tablespoon?" She said, "yes that's about it." The rest of the 1/2 full bowl was lettuce, and about 1 & 1/2 Tablespoons of dried out, no flavor, suspicious looking "chicken." There was 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of cheese sprinkled around with flavorless guacamole.🤮 A couple of bites and it went in the garbage! The Photo- It's the Original bowl, before 1 bite was taken, the lettuce was moved aside to find beans & meat. Lesson finally learned. 3rd time is the Charm... Pass this one up and go to the Mexican restaurant down the street, or the Los Ponchos Taco Truck. Your dollars will buy you a much better meal!!
