Finally, a young lady approached us with the worst customer service skills I have ever seen! Zero emotion or customer service skills. We ordered our food, and I asked for a 2-piece sauced chicken strip, and she said, "I cannot do that." I said, "Okay, sell me the sauce." She replied, "Also, I cannot do that?" So I proceeded to order a single burger with added flamethrower sauce, and before I could order anything else, she gave me my total to rush me out of line. Upon receiving my burger, there was so much sauce it was not edible at all. I'm not a picky person, and I hate giving bad reviews, but she needs some mandatory coaching ASAP!
