During the transaction, we were owed $0.09 in change, yet the amount provided was $0.05, effectively rounding the total down rather than up. When I asked for clarification, the employee was unable to explain the reasoning. While the amount may seem minimal, accuracy in transactions is important, and repeated occurrences could result in customers being shorted over time.     The lady working the drive thru was super helpful and friendly. She wasn't satisfied with the fries so she dropped some fresh ones in and they turned out absolute perfection 👏Well done!
