  Do NOT order a Texas double whopper from here. 2/3 times I asked for it, they end up giving me a regular whopper or a whopper with some add on without telling me. It costed me 17 and change for a large Texas double whopper meal, and I'm sure a large whopper meal cost 12 and change. Management needs to do something about this, because we the customers are not getting our full money's worth.

  I always get a whopper of some kind but at the Monett Missouri store they are always cold, not hot, not even warm but cold. The service is slow but I have been told by the staff that that is due to the owner not wanting more than 4 people on each shift. They seriously need more quality control and to have more stock on hand. I can't tell you how many times I have either walked out without ordering or they didn't have the proper ingredients for their burgers. Burgers King used to be one of my favorites but now at the bottom of my list.

  Just ordered a Whopper meal and when I got it I noticed it's missing lettuce and pickles so I have to go back in and tell them it's missing stuff and they say they're out of lettuce when they should have told me that before I even made a purchase so now I just got a crappy burger and still had to pay full price for it with it missing ingredients also the soda machine was out of sugar so it was only zero sugar drinks and I had to ask them to fill it up in the back but they should have communicated that too will not be going back

  This place is obviously overwhelmed and in over their heads in the evenings we stopped at 7:20 in the evening ordered 6 meals 6 drinks got 5 drinks and one meal wrong. When we told the lady she came outside with the receipt accusing us of not telling the truth raised her voice so we went to McDonald's after spending $85. And the mushrooms on the burgers were all cold. She started raining her voice when I said I would just go somewhere else.. Screaming as we pulled away.
