  i waited 30 minutes to be told by an employee i was wrong about the spot i was in as if the screen doesn’t literally give you a number. right or wrong they should know that’s what the customers see, it was very rude the way she said i was wrong and i’m confused as to where the “correct number” is. the interaction with the employee frustrated me to the point i was in tears and i just wanted to leave. i was then given a melted milkshake that didn't even have the cherry. wish i wouldn’t have left a tip

  been waiting for 20 minutes at the drive thru they just talk outside while there where like 3 cars in front and back

  Got marinara but not my mozzarella sticks. Wow. Highly dissapointed. I have the receipt I knew I should've checked the bag when I was there.

  I ordered 2 ultimate burritos, a junior frito wrap, and 2 large drinks. My ultimate burritos are tiny, missing the Baja sauce and tots. Was not worth my money. As an ex employee of sonic I try to refrain from reviews but this seems to be a consistent issue.
