I am so frustrated right now because I went to Taco Bell hoping to get the $5 Nacho Box that is huge and perfect for me and my kids and they were completely out and I can’t believe it because I was really hungry and planning on eating it and now I’m starving and it’s not just that though, the line took forever even though there weren’t that many people but the employees seemed busy and I understand they can’t control everything but I just don’t get how you can run out of the one thing I came for and on top of that the roads were still icy from the snow because Moberly never clears the streets properly and I had to drive really slowly and carefully just to get there safely and by the time I got in and saw they were out of the Nacho Box I was already tired and frustrated and my kids were getting restless and it just felt like everything went wrong at once and I really hope they restock soon because it’s the only thing I wanted and I was looking forward to it all day and it’s so disappointing and I just can’t understand how this keeps happening and I hope someone listens because it really made me mad and now I have to figure out what to eat instead and I’m still hungry and annoyed and driving in snow on bad roads didn’t help at all and I just wanted my giant Nacho Box and instead I got nothing and I’m so frustrated and I don’t even know what else to say except I hope Taco Bell fixes this and the city fixes the roads because it’s all connected and it’s just too much sometimes.

This is the second time my online order was not ready, even though the app said it was recieved. The store seems extremely understaffed. I understand we all have bad days. I know everyone is understaffed now, but this is ridiculous. It took over a half hour for me to get my food through the drive through.

Horrible customer service. Whats the point of ordering online if theyre just going to get your order wrong then you gotta wait around for 10 minutes for any of the workers to even acknowledge you.
