  Excellent customer service for a very busy Taco Bell drive-thru. The friendly, professional employee working the drive thru tonight was on top of her game for sure!! Such great service & such great food!!

  I ordered through the app at 1am. I get to the store, I'm told the fryers are down, there's no tea, and I don't recall the rest. I stopped listening as I ordered online. I get home with my food to bite into a stale, no cheese melted just shredded cheese, crispy cantina taco. So I call the store. Fryers have been down all day. So I ask because I know they get fried first thing in the morning. And I'm told prep was done this morning, as I know. They are trying to justify no fryers but fresh fried. (Wth?) So nobody can tell me when these stale shells were fried. Oh, I did get lied to and told it was this morning with no fryer. Understand that

  Worst service of any restaurant I have ever been...They barely acknowledge you are there and if you get your within 20 min of ordering you are lucky. Also very rude.

  Was out of a lot of things we tried to order. Then when asking a question kept having to go ask someone else. Couldn't substitute anything in the combos because they were out of things. Literally almost everything we asked for. Haven't been in, in a while and don't plan on coming back due to crappy service. VERY POOR SERVICE.
