  We usually have no issues with this Sonic and we are in there almost daily to get our drinks. Today I placed an online order for my son inlaw, in this order was a RT 44 Strawberry Slushie with extra real Cherries, Mango and Nerds. When the gentleman brought it out to us my daughter checked it out and could automatically tell it was NOT the right Slushie. The guy then told my daughter that he made the Slushie himself and all the flavoring was at the bottom of the cup because their Slushie machine was freezing up. We took it home stirred it and found that there was indeed only Mango and Nerds in there. I took it back to have it remade and the lady at the window was extremely rude but remade the Slushie. When it came out she pushed it out the Window to me and said Here and shut the window. No apologies for the mess up or anything. I work in the food service and I understand mistakes are made and I can over look that but what I can not overlook is the lack of Customer service and the Rudeness. Do better Sonic

  Sometimes they do make mistakes, we've gotten orders with multiple double cheeseburgers and ended up getting all singles, not sure how you mess up that bag but the good is really good

  This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Sonic. Customer service was horrible and food took 15 minutes to prepare.

  Hadn't been to Sonic in a very long time so we decided what the heck... I think we both got the #1 burger meals with fries and a drink. Everything was cooked and prepared well veggies were fresh, but everything wasn't "hot". Not a show stopper and we'll be back 😁
