  Mexico Missouri has the best service and the best atmosphere out of many McDonald’s I’ve been too! Tucker is the best employee I’ve ever met as well he brings a positive attitude and great energy to work and he never fails to get the job done! Keep up the good work guys!

  I tried to order at the drive thru. The last order was showing so I couldn't see the menu. I was told I will need to order and then it will fix itself. It had a crispy chicken meal on the screen. I ordered the same because I didn't know what was all on the menu. I ordered medium with a Dr. Pepper and a strawberry cream pie was ordered at the window because I didn't know if it was cherry or strawberry as I was told by a friend the new pies are good. I don't think I have eaten at a McDonald's in more than a year. I was given the medium Dr. Pepper and asked to pull forward. This order was placed at approximately 6:45. I received 1/2 a container of cold fries. The crispy chicken was slightly warm. The pie was room temperature. I waited 19 minutes for my food to be brought out to me. There were 3 additional cars behind me. When they started bringing orders the one given the food was the 4th car back 1st. I spoke to the girl delivering the orders and before she went back in she had asked what my order was. I told her and informed her I had been waiting 15 minutes so could she please make sure my food was warm, as I was concerned it would be cold. With the cost and delay, it would not have mattered about the wait, if the fries container was full and the sandwich and pie was hot. When I arrived there were no cars. It did start to get busy while I waited, the reason why there were 3 cars behind me waiting for their orders to be brought out. If you want a hot meal, full container of fries you pay for, and you have don't have plenty of time to sit. Skip this location.

  I don't know how many times I have gone there ordered a mcchicken without lettuce add bacon and cheese and 9 times out of 10 they mess it up. Has the ticket on the wrapper and still doesn't have bacon or cheese on it, and I can't go back so they can make it right because I only have 30 min lunch break and it takes 25 minutes to get my food, if your employees can't read how to make the order as it states on ticket then start firing people. It's not that hard of a job.
