Took over 5 mins to acknowledge me and take my order for a single vegetarian Mexican pizza. 10 mins later, still not ready. After 20 mins I had to ask for my money back. NO ONE apologized, or expressed any kind of customer service gesture. Boo. Will patronize a restaurant that can fulfill my needs on my lunch hour going forward.

This location has THE BEST staff - they are a hardworking crew, who are very skilled at what they do, and have never disappointed me during any of my visits. Anytime they don’t get your order 110% accurate, they are quick to respond to try to make it right, and when they just can’t, for whatever reason, they always make sure to hand out those free taco coupons. A lot of the locals, in this town, give the crew bad reviews over very minor issues. They don’t give them credit for busting their tails during every meal rush & never letting me down!! Thank you, Monroe Street Mexico, Mo Taco Bell for ALL THAT YOU ALLL DO!! You’re awesome - keep up the good work!!
