I wanna commend the lady working the building today for being WAY BEYOND EXCELLENT in handling my order as well as the wildebeest of a woman who came in, threw a child's tantrum over a coupon, mocked and chastised the poor girl, and then for some reason, felt the need to throw that she worked in hotel management out like its a trophy. You need therapy, you harpy. Counter girl, well done. You deserve a raise.

When I asked her to repeat herself (which I did 5+ times) she somewhat yelled with an obviously annoyed tone. Clearly had no idea what the ingredients were on the subs I ordered and had to keep asking what they were. Also looking at these reviews, they don’t allow service dogs, which is heavily illegal.

Sometimes the person operating the register knows how, and sometimes they don't. If Subway is going to offer rewards, the employees should be trained on how to use the register correctly.
