I realized last minute that I wanted to switch part of my order (changed a couple items after paying), and the lady at the window handled it without any hassle at all – super polite, quick fix, and even double-checked everything with a smile (you could hear it through the speaker!). Food was fresh and exactly what we ordered – hot, tasty classics that hit the spot. Drive-thru moved fast, even though it was busy.

I had already waited 20 minutes when she said I had to wait for three more cars!! I find it ridiculous that the patrons outside of the restaurant get served first!?!?! We have seen numerous times the workers not wearing gloves and working in complete and utter filth so we decided today that our trip to that particular Taco Bell was our last one!!! Instead of eating in the lobby like we had planned, we left with our food after a half hour wait!!!
