- RRrose3 days ago1.0I was sitting at the subway here in the lobby and overheard a male and female coworker having a conversation when i heard him making negative comments on personal health issues that she had. Then i proceeded to watch her clean and “shut down” the store while he sat there and watched. The woman working had wonderful customer service, i feel bad that she had to endure that while trying to work her shift.

And if I am spending $55 on 4 sandwiches and I say thank you, I would expect the employee to say you're welcome or have a nice day. But I got nothing! And they only had white bread and it was also hard as a rock. I will probably not be going back any time soon and that sucks, we love Subway. Do better, be better!
