    I hate it, genuinely the franchise is just a disappointment compared to what it used to be. Every so often I get a craving for their fries and even then something about the order is wrong, or I get sick, or I'm waiting 30 minutes for just one sandwich and a fry. My most recent experience I got the completely wrong sandwich, no sauces and the wrong side of fries. Plus I feel like the portions keep getting smaller and the prices are getting bigger to the point that I don't deem McDonalds as cheap food or even a good value at all.

    What is this in my coffee Maryville McDonald’s?! I cannot find a customer service contact us and didn’t get a receipt with a store number and can’t use my mobile receipt for the store number because it isn’t on there!!! This looks like dental floss and I AM DISGUSTED!!!!!

    If I could give less than 1 star I would. I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru just to receive cold food. They also messed up my burger. Then I went back through the drive-thru and asked for HOT food and for them to fix my burger. They took the burger back and then brought me a different burger that wasn't what I ordered either. Then I also repeated that I would like HOT food and they switched out my food and gave me a 3rd burger which was also incorrect. Plus I ordered a 6-piece nugget and I only got 4. So I asked for more nuggets and then finally had to go inside to get what was missing from my burger because the 3rd burger was STILL not right. So 10/10 would NOT recommend.
