Not impressed. Went for lunch today. Took well over an hour to get our food, which was just nachos, onion rings, and a burger. Nachos didn’t have all the toppings listed on the menu, and the woman that brought the food seemed offended when told that we didn’t get our onion rings or extra plate that was requested. Main server was nice enough, but inattentive. Never got offered a refill and no plates were ever cleared. Just not a good experience. I certainly wouldn’t want to be there during a major sporting event.

I have lunch here on a regular basis and the food has always been excellent. The service is great, and my server is usually Donnie who does a fantastic job!

Went to The Sportsbook bar and grill the other week to watch the Players Champioship. We had a party of 10. The manager told us they couldn't serve us because she said we are a restaurant and not a sports bar. But they had like 15 screens with with sports on. Didn't get it but we moved on. Probably wasn't the best choice anyway as the beers were close to $7, but we just wanted to check it out. Lesson learned.

(Long story as short as possible) We were looking into the possibility of purchasing a table for 4 people that would cost $800 before tax and tip for the whole day for NCAA March madness 3/20/26. There were several questions we had before we wanted to go through with the purchase. when we called in we were obviously sent to a call center (the people on the phone even said so). They were able to answer every question we had but 2. After multiple calls they gave us a couple numbers to call direct. We never were able to get a hold of anyone. Finally on Tuesday before the event I decided to go up around 8pm to see if anyone at the sportsbook could answer the 2 questions. I found a manager (which turned out to be one of the food and beverage managers). He made a few calls. Then came back to me and said I needed to call a specific number and ask for the Food and Beverage Manager during the day. We tried all day Wednesday and Thursday morning. After no response I decided to stop by on my lunch brake around 2 on Thursday. I asked for the food and beverage manager. Once the manager arrived she was finally able to answer the 2 questions we had. I told her she was a hard person to get a hold of. She acted sarcastically surprised and didn't seem to care that we were trying for days to speak with her. Unfortunately, one of the questions was "if we purchased a table for the day how would it stay reserved?" The answer was that the table would be forfeited. That was our deal breaker if we were going to spend that much money. It was just really unfortunate that it took that much time and effort to finally get an answer that we were hoping not to hear. With all that being said, on Friday, March 20th we had a great time at the sportsbook. Food was tasty. Drinks were cold. The service was great. We stayed at the casino from 10am to midnight for basketball and were able to get a different table at the sportsbook multiple times to watch the games. Can definitely why none of the full table all day packages were not sold. Impossible to get answers.
