My order was made to request (correctly) and the staff were polite! This location has some real professionals working in the evening. I don’t typically get Subway, but I had such a pleasant experience here yesterday that I had to come back again today.

Absolutely one of the worst and most infuriating experiences I’ve ever had at any Subway.
I tried to redeem a footlong using my Subway loyalty points through the official app—flat-out refused. Then I tried again using a valid BOGO footlong deal from the app—again refused. At this point, it was clear this store simply doesn’t care about honoring Subway’s own promotions.
The staff openly said they don’t follow Subway app deals and that “it doesn’t work at our store.” That is completely ridiculous. If you’re operating under the Subway brand, you don’t get to pick and choose which rules to follow. This is misleading and a complete waste of customers’ time.
What made it even worse was the attitude. The employee we spoke to was extremely rude and disrespectful, even after we calmly asked her to speak properly. There was zero professionalism—just dismissive and careless behavior.
Then comes the most shocking part—we spoke to the franchise owner expecting some level of accountability, and instead he openly admitted they don’t accept these orders and said they “don’t need customers like you.” That is beyond unacceptable. That’s not just bad service—that’s outright disrespect.
This place is seriously damaging Subway’s reputation. If this is how this franchise operates, customers deserve to know before wasting their time and money.
Avoid this location unless you’re okay being treated poorly and having valid offers ignored.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway location.
I attempted to redeem a footlong using my Subway loyalty points through the official app, and the staff refused to honor it. I then tried placing another order using a valid BOGO footlong deal from the Subway app, and once again, they refused to fulfill the order.
When questioned, the staff clearly stated that this franchise does not follow Subway’s app promotions or loyalty program terms, which is completely unacceptable for a brand operating under the Subway name. If you are representing a global chain, you cannot simply ignore official offers that customers rightfully earn and use.
The situation got even worse due to the behavior of the staff. The employee who spoke with us was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, even after we politely asked her to communicate respectfully. The interaction felt dismissive and rude from start to finish.
We then spoke with the franchise owner, expecting a resolution, but instead, he admitted that they do not accept such orders and shockingly stated that they “don’t need customers like you.” This level of arrogance and disregard for customers is beyond unacceptable.
This location is damaging the reputation of the Subway brand. I strongly urge Subway corporate to look into this franchise’s practices immediately.
Absolutely terrible service, zero accountability, and a complete waste of time. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location.

It's unfortunate that google will not allow me to give this location zero stars because if I could, I most certainly would. My zero star experience began on a recent Thursday afternoon, almost immediately after my friend and I walked in. Apparently my friend made a mistake by politely asking the one woman who was training the other woman at the register to repeat herself...the two women who work there promptly looked at one another and rolled their eyes in annoyance. Then it was my turn to have to deal with the two "ladies"who work there. I made the mistake of also asking the woman who was training the woman at the register if she would clarify something that she had said regarding an issue with the card reader and the woman who was doing the training actually yelled her answer at me in an irritated and impatient tone. At this point I had had enough and responded by telling her "okay, okay" in order to convey the message that her tone and raised voice were not acceptable. Needless to say, I have no plans to ever return to this location again and I would highly suggest that anyone reading this think twice about coming here, as well. There are just too many other options in the area where you can get excellent food as well as excellent service. This location isn't deserving of your business.
