  Walked in a little after 11:30. Valerie had a little trouble with the order. No biggie. We got there eventually. She give me a pager. Twenty minutes later. I went up to check, and they told me they couldn’t look up orders tied to a buzzer. Fair enough, I waited some more. Checked again. The lady in the picture did not want to be there and had no problem making that clear. Third time I go up, now suddenly I’m told they’ve been “trying to get a hold of me.” That’s interesting… considering the buzzer never went off once. No apology. She said the sometime batteries in the chargers don't work but the light with the digits worked. No apology. At that point I’d had enough. Ended up getting a refund at 12:21. That’s almost an hour in the place… and I walked out with no food. I gave her a final chance to just say, “Hey, sorry about that.” Nothing. No apology. No ownership. Asked who the manager was and nobody would even give me a name. Mistakes happen. That’s not the issue. How you handle them is. This place failed completely on that front and simply didn't care. Bad business. Badly run.

  Facility was filthy and bathroom was flooded. I asked an employee to at least close the bathroom door so it could be used in privacy, but it was left open.

  The location is great. Quick service and a nice interior. The food, however, is pathetic. I used to be a loyal diner but only go begrudgingly and am always disappointed. The changes corporate have made have tanked quality and value. F private equity and the enshittification of things that were once good.

  I go to PB for soup. Some time they fill full bowl, sometime almost half. My friend had chicken soup but only 3 pics of 1/2inch cubes. Manager always corrects it. Suggest following : 1. Train and test your people regularly. 2. Use video at serving station for manager to see whenever... 3.for chicken, let us know how many cubes to expect in a large bowl or a cup. PB is outstanding organization.They certainly don't want to shortcut on details. Manag3nt has work cut out to address above problems. PS: I am continuing to go to PB.
