Worst Taco Bell in the county. The door was locked but in store pick up was available. They asked us to get in line in the drive thru and the line wouldn’t move for 30 minutes almost. Had to drive to Taco Bell on Bridgeton and got my food quicker there even though I live right next to this one.

Waited 20 minutes for them to make our food in an empty lobby. Very slow service. My order wasn’t right and I had to wait at the counter for a while for them to give me the sauce I ordered. My food was burnt. The trash cans were all full to the brim.

Maybe one of the worst service experiences at a Taco Bell that Ive had. The least friendly workers plus they are wildly slow. Placed a simple order and it took around 20 minutes to come out.

So incredibly rude, I can’t stand going to this location. I always do a mobile order to minimize how much I have to interact with them. Today’s experience absolutely threw me over the edge, the girl working the drive through would look at me after I asked her a question and proceed to not respond. That is unacceptable, as a paying customer I deserve a little more respect. I always try to be as nice as possible and even at the end wish employees a great day, just to have the window screen shut in my face with no response. Whoever is managing this store should work on teaching workers how to be decent humans because whatever is going on right now is not it.

Just got told that "due to lack of employees, we are unable to take any orders." Bro, you're there and I heard at least one other employee; you clearly arent doing anything else and you're open for another 3 hours. How many employees does it take to do one order, especially when there are no other customers? I think they just don't want to work. The day crew is so great, it sucks that the late crew doesn't do anything.
