They actually make it new York style where other pizza places like dominoes you can't even tell a differennce between their hand tossed and new York crusts. The workers here have always been polite to me. Tonight the guy working was outside taking a break, which when I pulled up, he stopped his break immediately, held the door open for me, and helped me and was really kind. My favorite chain pizza place in Maryland heights. Good pizza, never any errors, always consistent, reliable on fast turn around time.

After multiple texts from the Door dash employee that the food was delayed at the store, our order was cancelled at 6pm. We called and the store blamed it on Door dash delivering to the wrong location. Interesting, since the delivery person was constantly corresponding with us that the issue was at the store. We called the store and got hung up on each time we called. We were even transferred from the outsourced delivery number, and when I explained the situation and she realized who I was, she hung up on us yet again. All we were asking for was for the 2 pizzas we ordered at 4:30 to please be delivered. Apparently too much to ask of this store. The customer service/lack there of (hanging up on the customer multiple times) lost our business for life. Oh, and still waiting on the refund on the pizzas that were NOT delivered. Buyer be aware!

When i called to ask about where the pizza was, they said a door dash driver took it and delivered to the wrong person. They said there was nothing they could do since it was door dash that messed up. If they want to outsource their delivery to another company that's fine but there needs to be a way to compensate and deliver an order if they mess up. When i called to complain, they hung up on me multiple times.
