Can't understand why you would serve your customer this old chicken. It has to be from the day before. This is sad and obviously the manager running this location does not care about the customers and food safety .

She refused to even hear my explanation as soon as I mentioned doordash and repeatedly referred me to doordash after everything I said. I ordered on the McDonald’s app and my bag was sealed. Doordash didn’t get my order wrong. I called to request a refund on a happy meal. Since the manager won’t respond and no receipt was provided in the sealed bag I will be declining the entire transaction through mastercard.

They told me that they could not cancel my order and that I would have to do that myself but when I went to cancel it I was not allowed to. The worker had already click that they had started preparing my order so now I can’t cancel and I’m out $50 with no refund.
