    I came to this establishment tonight expecting a fun Saturday outing with my teen and her friends. Instead, it turned into a complete disaster from start to finish. It started the moment I asked to be placed on the wait list and was told the wait would be an hour. I patiently waited TWO AND A HALF HOURS — only to be told I was never on the list. Interesting, considering I received a text confirmation. So was the system lying or was the staff just careless? After finally being seated, the disappointment continued. We then waited an unreasonable amount of time for food that arrived cold. Not room temperature. Not warm. Cold. I sent my meal back hoping to at least eat something with actual heat — and somehow it came back even colder. That takes effort. The kids were so hungry by that point they didn’t even want to send their food back. That alone should tell you how long we had already been waiting. I spent over $200 just to leave frustrated, unsatisfied, and honestly embarrassed that I chose this place for what was supposed to be a fun evening. And we won’t ignore the bathrooms — filthy, with no paper towels. If that’s what customers see, I can only imagine what’s happening where we can’t. You all seriously need to do better. This was unacceptable on every level.

    They cleared our food from table before we paid or were done eating. Server was nice and apologized for the others mistake. How do you clear a table when customer hasn't even paid or eaten? Horrible experience with that. Games were okay. But never again!

    Watched a server named Paige cursed out a child near the bar and when her father called for a manager a short Asian man and tall white bearded man showed up. We left to play games but over heard the server say something like “yeah well that’s just me” so I just assumed she’d be asked to leave or fired on the spot but a few hours later when we were leaving I saw her still working waiting on a table! I would like to know what the hell kind of place allows a worker to curse out a child and still work there???!!! Will NEVER be back to this place and will tell everyone about this! Those managers should be fired along with Paige the server who thinks it’s ok to speak to children like that and is obviously allowed to do so by management. What kind of person does that and thinks it’s ok??? Dave and busters should be ashamed of themselves for hiring people like this! DO NOT take your kids here!

    Im usually not one to complain but when you pay so much money to go have fun and youre in a group and 75% of your drinks arent made right so they taste terrible, your food isn't made right and then games are taking your credits but you cant play them bc they're broken it starts to grate on your nerves. We've been to D&B multiple times in 3 different locations and never had a bad time until now. If this had been my first D&B experience we would have never come back.

    I could not express how disappointing this location has been on every level. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The place has more things broken and out of order than working, and the experience falls short in every way. We called to make a reservation for a group of 9 for 1:30pm, and the gentleman said there is not need as they are slow and won't be busy. So we drove in with our group. Upon arriving, waiting 10 minutes to even be acknowledged standing at the desk, we were asked if we had a reservation. When we told her we were told we did not need one and that we were told to just come in, she said well thats a problem there will be a 2 hour wait. When we explained this again to her, she told us we were added to a wait list and go play while we wait. So we did, we bought play cards for everyone and went to play. An hour or so later I checked on the wait, and she said yes get the group we would be seated in 5 minutes. We got the group and went back to the front just to be told they gave the table to someone else because they asked for a manager.... We then waited another half hour and were given a bay where half of our group had to stand and the other half shared a bench to sit on. Our order took over 45 minutes to even get appetizers, and the food came out over an hour later, cold and a couple people at a time. This was all in all a terrible experience, and left our group disappointed. When you spend nearly $1,000 to have a nice afternoon out for your kids birthday and it goes this way it leaves it filled with regret.
