    After waiting over 2 hours for seatings, then over 30 minutes to order, we were not even offered a drink. Once we got our food about an hour later ( most people ahead of us already had their food) we were given drinks but we had to wait another 15 minutes or so for straws…..SMH. Our food was like warm or cold. I asked for more hot fries that were included in my order…. I was charged a second time. She tried to explain why I was charged….it did not add up. This was a terrible experience . First and last time eating at this place. I would never recommend eating at this restaurant

    Me and my husband went for veterans day. I am a veteran no currently in so i walked in with my DD214. He had his cac card because he is still in. First we went to get a game card and it was an issue that i had my dd214. So the very kind lady went back and asked the manager who said it was fine and I brushed it off and took it as a misunderstanding BUT when we went to eat we had a waitress probably 5 ft 7 inches and with long brown hair who wears it in a braid, we asked about the veterans day things for food and she told us stating she needed an ID like my husbands and I explained I have my dd214 which is proof of service, it was AGAIN a problem and she treated me subhuman compared to my husband, don't know why but I took it as she has something against women veterans and I had never felt so underappreciated in my life. One time is a misunderstanding and the first woman apologized and the second woman was just being completely rude and passive aggressive to me the entire time & was nice to my husband. Do not recommend anyone with a dd214 goes here for veterans day or honestly ever, me and my husband will find another arcade to go to. Just wanted to warn folks how that waitress is with women.

    Use to come here all the time. Now there's not enough servers. Waited 10+ minutes to be seated even though it wasn't busy at all.. Workers walked past us without any kind of greeting or reassuring that someone would be over to seat us shortly. When someone finally did come over we asked for a booth and were told there weren't any available. We looked over at the booth section and saw that no one was sitting there they were just dirty and needed to be cleaned off real quick but fine whatever. Right after we're seated the hostess goes over to one of the boots, cleans it off and then sits the people behind us at the booth. I've had better service at a Denny's. My family and I come here a lot and it seems like after the renovation the dining hall has gone down a lot. Food was disappointing as well. Main Event it is.

    Our waitress was attentive and nice. That's the only good news. When she doubled checked that we "only wanted waters" I could sense she wasn't happy. Sorry, but we don't drink soda! Nachos filled my belly but were not authentic Mexican flavored. The coleslaw (in it's own dish) was warm because it was served on top of a warm plate, which could have been prevented with better food handling procedures. Watch when the bill comes and be ready to tip on food only.. the machine suggested a tip on the $225 worth of gaming cards! 🤔🤯 Way too many video games were either offline or broken / misaligned so we all spent too much time waiting for a person to repair them. I would not recommend the 90 minute pass for this reason. Screaming kids everywhere. I expected a room full of children having fun, of course, but parents weren't attentive to the screaming. I personally won't return.

    I would gave this place zero stars if it was an option. It was there on my 12 year anniversary with my wife. My family got a 10oz steak was supposed to be medium rear, but it was well done. As they took a bite something was off and the steaks didn’t taste like any other steak we have ever eaten before and a few minutes after eating it they all got sick the only things that where good was the apps and fries the mashed potatoes had oil on them and the Alfredo noodles only tasted like Oil and my chicken sandwich was also terrible everything we had for or main dish was terrible and all that this place did was make us feel like we were crazy and then when I ask two or three managers asked if the food was pre cooked or made in house the wouldn’t tell me that it was or not but as a person who does go out with my family to restaurants a few times a month I took a close look and could tell that no fresh steak would ever have sunk in grill marks so lead me to the conclusion that they are and i have done my own research to find out that they only heat up food they don’t make any of it and change customers 20 to 30 dollars for pre cooked garbage when they could take a make a small simpler meal and then cook it to order as that is what everyone is expecting when they pay those prices for something they don’t want to be surprised by flavor less food and paying top dollar for it if you what to change top dollar it has to have quality fresh food and to not even be honest about it when your customers asked that is terrible and if you know there pre cooked then you should probably not ask how i would like them cooked as all of them have been fully cooked already and there is no going bad or making it taste the same way when not prepared in house and all the managers i have to talk to about the same issue was embarrassing and unprofessional I should only have to tell someone once what’s wrong with my order and then to finally get the Bill for what was left over and still getting charged almost $100 for stuff We did didn’t even eat. I literally left this establishment to go to the nearest McDonald’s because that was also the only place open and where at least I know what I’m getting as I was still hungry but couldn’t eat the food that was given to me there as it was that bad all around and when a 4 year old will not even eat your cheese burger and only eats fries and nothing else when they love cheese burgers that is not good at all would not recommend eating here at all and I will not be returning to this restaurant as it was that bad maybe if they took the time to listen to all of us and fixed the menu to be smaller and cooked the food in house I might but until then I will not spend another cent here and I sure will not be telling anybody else to go here either unless you what to feel sick to your stomach i would stay away from this place because it will have you feeling sick and still leaving hungry and i was among a few people that left still hungry and will food that was overpriced oversold and under delivered and a very large overwhelming menu you need to be honest and to answer your customers when questioned about something not hide the fact like we are crazy because we are not at all when table after table gets there food and eat only the sides and leaves the table with main course untouched or a bit or two taken out of it then that is a big problem at this point I feel like I got taken advantage of by them not saying there products came pre cooked but asking me how I would like them cooked that is false information and advertisement
