  Our wait time was horrible then was put at a table that wobble so now we forcing on a wobbly table and drinks not falling. The waitress took 20 minutes coming back to our table only got 1 refill tried to charge for soda I didn’t get(laughed when she said she took soda to wrong table) food was cold server knew it was cold. Overall horrible experience if I come back I’ll only come for games

  Had a great experience. Food was much better than expected. I got a 10oz sirloin, I wanted it medium rare, but ordered rare because I thought it was going to be a bit overcooked. It was overcooked, but no big deal because it ended up being exactly how I wanted it. The onion straws and potatoes were great. Sirloin had great flavor. Got philly steak egg rolls for an appetizer, highly recommend. Our waitress was great. The reason I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because absolutely everything I got came out cold. It tasted great, but the philly steak egg rolls, steak, onion straws, and mashed potatoes all came out cold. Maybe it was a one-off thing, but next time I come back I hope my food is hotter.

  This location has really gone downhill. We recently visited the Dave & Buster's, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The food was mediocre at best, and our order was incorrect when it came out. Unfortunately, when we brought it to the staff’s attention, there was no real effort to make it right—no offer to comp anything or even an apology that felt genuine. After eating, we went to the arcade area, which was even more frustrating. A large number of the games simply weren’t working properly. After trying several different machines and running into the same issue over and over, it stopped being fun. When half the games don’t function correctly, it defeats the whole purpose of going there. We ended up leaving without even using all of our game credits because the experience just wasn’t enjoyable. What’s frustrating is that they clearly spent a lot of money renovating and redecorating the place, but the service quality and game maintenance don’t match the upgraded look at all. Until management focuses on customer service and maintaining the arcade machines, I can’t recommend this location

  I came to this establishment tonight expecting a fun Saturday outing with my teen and her friends. Instead, it turned into a complete disaster from start to finish. It started the moment I asked to be placed on the wait list and was told the wait would be an hour. I patiently waited TWO AND A HALF HOURS — only to be told I was never on the list. Interesting, considering I received a text confirmation. So was the system lying or was the staff just careless? After finally being seated, the disappointment continued. We then waited an unreasonable amount of time for food that arrived cold. Not room temperature. Not warm. Cold. I sent my meal back hoping to at least eat something with actual heat — and somehow it came back even colder. That takes effort. The kids were so hungry by that point they didn’t even want to send their food back. That alone should tell you how long we had already been waiting. I spent over $200 just to leave frustrated, unsatisfied, and honestly embarrassed that I chose this place for what was supposed to be a fun evening. And we won’t ignore the bathrooms — filthy, with no paper towels. If that’s what customers see, I can only imagine what’s happening where we can’t. You all seriously need to do better. This was unacceptable on every level.

  Watched a server named Paige cursed out a child near the bar and when her father called for a manager a short Asian man and tall white bearded man showed up. We left to play games but over heard the server say something like “yeah well that’s just me” so I just assumed she’d be asked to leave or fired on the spot but a few hours later when we were leaving I saw her still working waiting on a table! I would like to know what the hell kind of place allows a worker to curse out a child and still work there???!!! Will NEVER be back to this place and will tell everyone about this! Those managers should be fired along with Paige the server who thinks it’s ok to speak to children like that and is obviously allowed to do so by management. What kind of person does that and thinks it’s ok??? Dave and busters should be ashamed of themselves for hiring people like this! DO NOT take your kids here!
