I come to this D&B quite often and I was charged full credits for coin pushers and claw games, even though it LITERALLY says on the website "including claw games" on 01.11.2026. Previous visits were fine. Nowhere does it say that there were exclusions to the half price games deal. I came here last Sunday (01.04.2026) and everything was half price. What changed?
- JJJacobJan 5, 20264.0Love this place. Been many times over the years and they have a large selection of games to play that changes periodically. Great place to hang out with friends and family. However the service is subpar at best. The place is understaffed for how much foot traffic comes through there. Plan to wait a minimum of 45 minutes for food, and thats not during peak times. The food is in the same vein as Applebee's. Staff isnt very friendly or inviting. But the atmosphere is great, its fun, they have good prizes to choose from and I do always have a good time when I go.

Had an issue and spoke with a male Asian manager who I think was drunk, he was mumbling and slurring during the whole conversation not making much sense, it was really awkward. We left within an hour of getting there, I’m surprised we lasted that long!

From the slop they call food (couldn’t even make fries editable) to the rude inattentive staff to the amount of kids running rampant throughout the store (there is a sign saying 21yr and up without guardian that is obviously not followed by management) it’s shockingly bad. They say this is an “adult” place to go but it’s no more like a dirty overpriced chucky cheese. Not worth the time or money!
- JSJennifer ScottDec 25, 20251.0Went there tonight for dinner. We ordered drinks, salad and dinner. We got our refills 3x and salads came out right away. Sat for and 1.5hrs for dinner. We said something and the food came right out except the food was overcooked but stone cold in the middle. So I suspect the food sat over an hour then it was served to us anyways. We asked for a refire in a timely manner but the mgr Mary could not guarantee it because they were busy. Not to mention at this point we were there for 2 hrs and never got dinner.
