I usually enjoy coming to this restaurant, but I didn’t have a great experience during my visit last week. I came with a friend to eat and realized we were on a time crunch and couldn’t stay to order a full meal. I informed our server, who was kind and understanding. As I was packing my chips and drink into a to-go container and preparing to leave, another employee approached us and said the manager wanted us to leave as soon as possible, as if that wasn’t something we had already decided to do. The interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially since we were already in the process of leaving and had paid for our drinks. I shouldn’t be made to feel rushed out of the establishment either. I suggest management be more respectful when addressing paying customers. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return.

Food was decent and atmosphere nice but was disappointed they started charging a fee to use a credit card! They already raise food prices and drink prices to pay for their overhead expenses(and credit card fees are part of their overhead expenses) so in essence they are charging an extra fee twice! It leaves a negative feeling to the customer!

We have always loved coming to this restaurant for good authentic Mexican food. Unfortunately though the service is not as good as it used to be. We came yesterday after church and had to wait 15 minutes for a table...that we didn't mind, but after being seated we waited another 15 minutes just to get out chips, salsa and drink order. After finally ordering our meal we waited another 25 minutes to be served our cold food. Crust was soggy on the fish and meal was not enjoyable because of this. I dont think we will ever return to this restaurant. How sad because we have

I had to delete my original 4-star review and replace it with this. In the last year, the quality of the food and the service has deeply declined, based off several visits. This used to be our regular neighborhood restaurant we would walk to and supported it during COVID. Sadly, the experience, quality of food and the prices are so bad now, that we find it worth it to go to other places. The last time we visited, the food felt like it was simply reheated, and the waiter never returned to our table, even to give us the check. Combined with the increase of prices over the last couple of years, it was our tipping point. We may give them another try sometime, but not anytime soon.

We visited Casa Juárez Mexican Town with my wife and children. While we were eating, my son left his phone on the table. When the server came to clear some plates, the phone disappeared. When we realized it was missing and tried calling it, it had no signal, as if it had been turned off, and it did not appear on the tracking app. We informed the staff, but they said they did not know anything and that they could not check the cameras because they were “too busy.” The manager also said he could not attend to the situation at that time. What was most concerning is that after the table and surrounding area had already been checked and nothing was found, the phone later “appeared” under the table — now with signal and ringing — even though new guests were already seated there. I am not directly accusing anyone, but the situation felt very irregular, and the lack of concern and transparency from management was disappointing. I expected more support in resolving something like this, especially in a family restaurant.
