We have always loved coming to this restaurant for good authentic Mexican food. Unfortunately though the service is not as good as it used to be. We came yesterday after church and had to wait 15 minutes for a table...that we didn't mind, but after being seated we waited another 15 minutes just to get out chips, salsa and drink order. After finally ordering our meal we waited another 25 minutes to be served our cold food. Crust was soggy on the fish and meal was not enjoyable because of this. I dont think we will ever return to this restaurant. How sad because we have

I had to delete my original 4-star review and replace it with this. In the last year, the quality of the food and the service has deeply declined, based off several visits. This used to be our regular neighborhood restaurant we would walk to and supported it during COVID. Sadly, the experience, quality of food and the prices are so bad now, that we find it worth it to go to other places. The last time we visited, the food felt like it was simply reheated, and the waiter never returned to our table, even to give us the check. Combined with the increase of prices over the last couple of years, it was our tipping point. We may give them another try sometime, but not anytime soon.

We visited Casa Juárez Mexican Town with my wife and children. While we were eating, my son left his phone on the table. When the server came to clear some plates, the phone disappeared. When we realized it was missing and tried calling it, it had no signal, as if it had been turned off, and it did not appear on the tracking app. We informed the staff, but they said they did not know anything and that they could not check the cameras because they were “too busy.” The manager also said he could not attend to the situation at that time. What was most concerning is that after the table and surrounding area had already been checked and nothing was found, the phone later “appeared” under the table — now with signal and ringing — even though new guests were already seated there. I am not directly accusing anyone, but the situation felt very irregular, and the lack of concern and transparency from management was disappointing. I expected more support in resolving something like this, especially in a family restaurant.

This place rocks! The outside of the restaurant is nicely decorated. The inside is nicely decorated and inviting. There is a fireplace in the front of the restaurant. In the front of the restaurant ii T looks like a resort or hotel entrance. You are immediately greeted upon entering the restaurant lobby and a waiter takes you to your seat. There are plenty of booths to sit at if you want a more private and intimate seating arrangement. The food was a 10/10. No complaints. The lighting above the booth was a soft white which set a calming atmosphere. The price A of the food was reasonably priced. Service was superb. They brought the food out quickly. There were so many good options on the menu. I was hard to narrow it down. They have pictures on the menu which helps a lot. Because you can see how good the food looks. I am definitely going back and I highly recommend this restaurant .

My fiancé and I used to come in all the time but hadn’t been in awhile. I’ll first say that we have always had fantastic service and especially from 2 of the waitresses (I wish I remembered their names). They always have a smile on their faces, are so sweet, attentive, and all around great! We went this past Sunday early evening, around 3 and had the complete opposite experience sitting in the bar area (which again- we have done so MANY times and have had zero issues). Our waiter/bartender barely checked on us, we had to ask for every little thing (down to napkins, side plates for our appetizer, and honestly just literally everything). It was kind of disappointing and frustrating! I did (probably against my better judgement) let our server know at the very end that unfortunately that was the worst service we’ve ever had there and it was disheartening- he didn’t seem to care and just kept saying ok. Never apologized, no nothing. (I’m a server myself, I know everyone can have an off day but this did not seem to be the case at all!) I did call the store when we got home and spoke to the manager who I couldn’t tell if he was truly concerned about our experience or just saying things to try and please me. Either way, I’m TRULY hoping that this was a one time occurrence and we get back to the great service and food that we’ve experienced at least 15/20 times. (Sorry this was lengthy!!) I called my friend to tell her what had happened (we have gone with them multiple times and she did say that the service and food quality has gone down a bit recently (I think she said they’ve changed management- could be wrong). Fingers crossed it goes back to normal! Last thing I’ll say is that I have never in my life said anything to a server or called an establishment after being there to “complain”. I truly was just hoping that with me saying something either the server or manager would realize they need to be more attentive and do their job to the best of their ability.
