  Baby portions for Full Prices. Won’t be back. That tiny salad ($6) and chicken fettuccine ($20) was absolutely ridiculous and insulting. Putting tiny portions in a big bowl isn’t going to fooling me again. I put the full portion together to show what this restaurant is an actually doing to their customers. You lost my future business and hope everyone sees this before being taken advantage of! Also had to go up to bar area twice to ask for a refill and our waitress.

  The food was great but out service was not when he took our order he left and came back three differnt times asking hoe I wanted my burger cooked which he should of already done and asked what all sides we want after he left. Not to mention as soon as we got sat he told us it was a 20% gratuity to the bill which normally would be fine but for his lack of care and effort was sad. Working in a restaurant and knowing how one works hes not fit for this job at all. Definitely not coming back

  My boyfriend, son and I go here quite a bit but the last experience we had there wasn’t a good one and we will not be back. My boyfriend’s food and drink was made incorrectly multiple times and we waited a good 20-30 min before we were even greeted by our server. When we raised concerns, we were told by the female night manager that when we came back the next time they would take care of us and gave us her card and the card of the other manager Steve. Steve doesn’t have a very good grasp of customer service and told us he couldn’t help us basically because she hadn’t informed him of the problem. We had to wait 2 hours til she arrived in which she said she would take care of us and give us refunds (which by the way we never did receive). The night shift area manager is super nice and knows how to speak to customers (I apologize that I cannot remember her name but it starts with a C) but someone needs to give Steve a customer service class because he has zero clue. Also, the hostess that is always there when we are there is super rude and has no business working in customer service. Apparently she has been there 17-18 years but I don’t know how.

  Absolutely horrible. Walked out after waiting 30 minutes to see the hostess for a reservation. The manager told us we could go to the back to check in; we specifically asked if this applied to reservations as well- to which she said yes. Then we were told (after waiting another 10 minutes) we had to go to the front to check in. I imagine we wouldn’t have eaten for another 2 hours if we stayed. Not to mentioned, the manager and an employee were fighting as we were leaving…

  To start out I have never in my 40 years of life have seen what I saw when I was visiting this location over the weekend. We decided to meet up with a friend who lives out that way .The waitress messed up my salad and admitted it and fixed the mess up. Great lady! Anyways as we were talking all of a sudden our friend goes stop there's a bug crawling around. I instantly notice it's a cockroach. I told my table it was a cockroach . So as I'm trying to get our waitress I'm saying nobody kill it because that's how it spreads its eggs if you squish it, the waitress comes over and I tell her and she's like "omg no way". Nobody else is paying attention to us but she says she will move us. My boyfriend killed it nobody else. I have worked in the food business growing up and sometimes places have them but they are usually in kitchens dark places not out in the open.I'm aware of how they spread so chalked it up to maybe someone brought it in and it was trying to find a hiding spot or maybe they have cockroaches and don't know.I'm not sure so we move to another table and the waitress handled it very well like it was just another day probably because I wasn't causing a scene not to sure! So she said she let the boss know and not even 10 mins after we were at our table someone else was sitting there at the cockroach table we left. So we ordered more drinks they all ate I didn't eat my food I was grossed out. I get the bill for the three of us and it's 100$ something dollars.So I don't pay for mine but I hand our friend the pay device and he pays for his meal. I see a lady walking around with a sanitizer bucket so I stopped her asked if she was a manager and she said yes and I told her what happened I said I don't feel like i should pay for my entire meal cause I didn't even eat my food So she apologized and said she would take care of the bill ok great then she headed right to the kitchen ,not sure if she was checking to see if they had cockroaches or what exactly. Then she came back and asked if we paid I told her he did then she told me because he paid for his meal I'd have to pay mine . Then since she couldn't comp our meal she would give us whatever we wanted .So as we are discussing what she was going to comp us we were super nice and had a few beers so pretty happy and she gave us a unlimited pass for the kid to play games and a free beer and said she would try to get us a spot to play darts . So she got our number .We got up and hung out at the bar where I didn't want to think about cockroaches so I had a free beer and a shot and we were talking and more and more people were filling into the dart area.I wanted to play one game of darts on them and get out of there a hour goes by and I said I'm gonna go ask her. I find her and she looks annoyed at me for bothering her because she probably felt well I gave you this why are you bothering me. I was nice and asked why more and more people kept showing up to play darts and I'm sure that's how they make there money but I wanted to play one game and get out of there. I was way too nice having something like that happen I should of left and refused to eat or pay or whatever but she claimed they were not new people showing up but I knew that was a lie. I went to check on the kid playing games he barley got anything minus candy for a unlimited card kind of shocked he didn't get a floatie or whatnot. Prob cause prizes are ridiculous.So I go back to the bar and say we're never gonna play a game. So lesson learned I will never go to a Dave and Busters ever again and I will never be that nice about something that is so random and gross. So yea I hope you guys don't have roaches but if you do hopefully you call a exterminator and handle that and if for some reason it came from some random person that is not good because now you'll probably having them running around your location. So thanks and I'm glad I could give your business 100$ for nothing and not even able to play one game of darts . Your also welcome for me being so nice about the situation! Sarah dubinski
