  Yesterday was my dad’s 68th birthday , since Hollywood had mailed to him a some free comp money and some free food money. So we decide to go there and play a little bit . Unfortunate the free cop money bet with loss . So we went over to 99 Hops restaurant and order some food to go . We had ordered chicken strip and hamburgers and fires . When we had gotten home to open food to box up , there was a live big cockroach crawling out from the hamburger and french fries. The presentation of the food was really good and tempting to eat, but very disappointing to find a live cockroach crawling out, of my to go box food . So if anybody goes there, you better open your eyes up really wide and check your food before you eat it .

  Let me preface this review by saying I have been there previously and have always been very pleased with the food - not this time. I ordered fish and chips (which I've had before here and has been excellent in the past). The huge red flag was when my food, ordered to-go, was ready in about 7 minutes, way too fast. Yep, I got some old food that had been setting for a long while. The usually crispy breaded codfish was total soggy mush - I couldn't even pick it up - he just dissolved. The french fries were equally dead. I wound up throwing it all away. UPDATE: To Owner: If you would like to replace the meal I feel that would be an appropriate solution. I still have my receipt. I threw away a soggy box of old food that should not have been served to me (or anyone.) UPDATE: I spoke to Food & Beverage Director Amy Ashman by phone. She was largely unhelpful and refused to replace the meal. This is not a restaurant that stands behind their food -avoid 99 Hops House.

  Stay away! I have profound hearing loss and because I didn’t hear someone, the manager accused me of being intoxicated, refused food and water, and had security ban me to my room. I found another woman who was also accused of being intoxicated by the same manager and was kicked out of the casino, but she didn’t have any alcohol.

  Recommend: Shrimp pasta, Pork nachos and Dozen of fried chickens! especially cheese one🍝🍗 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ worth the money!
