I went through the drive-thru and had to wait 20 minutes for my food and not only did I have to wait 20 minutes but the attitude and the rudeness was off the chart. I could not believe the service was so awful and their food reflected that. If they're not going to have good service, they won't have good food. I wish these companies would get that in their head 😔

When I went to Wendy’s with my 97 year old grandma Sheryl I got our hamburgers, unwrapped them and when I opened mine. It was a beautiful piece of art (picture down below) and she said it looked like something she cleaned the gutters with in the 1940s. It was delicious though!
