Ordered through DoorDash. Ordered onion and jalepenos on my coney pretty sure I paid more for it to. Didn’t get the onions or the jalepenos :(

This place always takes forever. It's a -little- faster if you order through the app. If you try to order at the stall they'll ignore you for a half hour hoping you'll go away. They also get it wrong. Even if you order straight off the menu. We ordered a sausage toaster waited twenty minutes and got a bacon toaster. Don't go here.

I’m not surprised seeing so many negative reviews. I’ve tried their French vanilla cold brew 3 different Sunday mornings on the way to church. I was hoping someone would learn how to make it correctly. This is coming from someone who use to get that drink almost every morning from different locations in Springfield. Yours is very bitter and no sweetness to it. I’ve also had your sweet tea Sonic is known for its sweet tea.. but not this one. It’s sad to me since I’ll start working in Marshfield tomorrow and would drive through for a drink almost everyday if they would have tasted right.

Wouldnt really know about food quality to be honest.. they only had 2 people working and a ton of cars.. now while i know this is not the people working fault the managment should have scheduled more than 2 people should have made sure call off shifts were covered even if they had to cover it themselves.. we waited for 15 minutes for our order to be taken and finally called the store to find out there was only 2 people working... we left drive through was moving nicely but stalls seemed to have no priority.. it was our anniversary.. i was really looking forward to breakfast with my husband at sonic after coming out of the deer woods.. this was extremely dissapointing
