I got breakfast from this sonic for the first time and I will never go back. The coffee I got tastes like they filled my cup with water and put about 30 pumps of coffee flavored syrup in it, can’t even taste the coffee, it’s basically just sugar. The food was okay but I’ve had a lot better from a sonic not very far down the road.

Ordered 2 number 2's onion rings French fries both large and 2 route 44 ocean waners around $30. Food was hot and correct but took about 15 minutes to get. One problem we don't eat our onion rings or french fries without ketchup. We asked for ketchup she said she would make sure it was in the bag. Anyway we get home kids get onion rings and fries because no ketchup for us. Makes it to dry. Is ketchup that expensive? Or hard to put in a bag . This has happened to us 4 times so we slowed down going to sonic. This is our 5th issue normally the foods cold

More often than not your food will either be cold, burnt, or completely wrong. The food is always inconsistent no matter what platform you order thorough. Drinks are a 50/50 shot. Best time to go is in the morning, but their best server is leaving so who knows now. Numerous stalls are frequently broken. Their app hardly ever works. You can order two items and wait 15 mins for them to still be cold. I’m not saying it’s 100% of the time but I have more bad experiences than good at this particular location.

i ordered on the app and i ask for light ice and they literally filled the cup UP with ice!! idk if that was done on purpose just cause i asked for light ice but that wasn’t okay at all???? i got like 5 sips at most out of my drink.
