    They messed up my order, no one in line but me, hardly anyone inside and you have a full crew, gave me normal fries instead of large, gave me a large drink instead of medium, I asked for ranch didn't get any even though it supposed to come with it as a side, then I asked for cheese sauce on the side I knew the cup would be little, but they only filled it a quarter of the way if that for a .75 massive rip off, just as bad as Mcdonalds, I know of a restaurant here thats way more busy ran by 1 person most of the time for hours on end with far less mistakes, because that person is me!!! It's not that difficult of a job! TRIPLE CHECK THE SCREEN OR TICKET!!!! I get your orders right, why can't you get mine right? Seriously not that difficult!

    We asked for fresh chicken for a chicken sandwich and fresh curly fries The only thing that was fresh was our curly fries The chicken was old and my mother got chicken strips and they were old as well but the fries were fresh.

    We are at this Arby's in Marshall today and it was pathetic! So many flies that it was disgusting! Floors were filthy, tables not wiped. I always love the the French Dip sandwich--it was cold and the meat was not even on the bun! Fries were cold. Our order was taken, but no communication, unfriendly staff. We spent $26--ate part of the fries, drank a Coke and threw sandwiches in the trash and left as fast as we could. A horrible environment to enjoy a sandwich! Come on--you can do better!+
