If another worker hadn't jumped on the headset and very rudely yelled at us that the previous worker had said side not size, we live in southeast missouri the accent makes a lot of words sound the same. There was no reason for her to be like that. I understand that things are hard in the world right now but it would not have killed her to have behaved in a more civilized manor. We ended up leaving, without buying anything, and driving all the way to Jackson McDonald's to avoid the poor customer service provided at the Marble Hill location. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident but sadly it is not and the staff at this location is always lacking. Very sad that some people are so angry about having a job when so many would be thankful to have one at a time when so many people are being laid off.
