  I pulled in today for a quick lunch. I placed order and lady asked if everything was correct. I told her that the screen went away and I couldn’t confirm. I sat there for a moment looking at the menu, surprised that my favorite item had doubled in price. The worker SCREAMS at me to pull forward. Mind you, I am the only person in line. I considered driving away at the point as I feared my food would get spit on. They wouldn’t except a hundred dollar bill, legal tender, mind you, but it was probably for the best. I don’t want rude people like Keisha handling my food anyhow.

  Haven't went to this Taco Bell before. Ordered online, there's better deals there 😉 had to wait a bit but was worth it because everything was super fresh and delicious. Also tried the new mini taco salad, maybe my next favorite. Employee was more reserved but zero complaints, would rather have a perfect order down to sauce packet count than stupid small talk through a window. Employees working late night 2/16 may the taco gods bless you!

  I’m not one to write reviews but the service was horrible, the woman working the drive through was very cranky. She got upset because THEY ran out of nacho fries and didn’t tell us until we got to the window, and she seemed annoyed when we wanted to substitute it for another item. My partner asked for the nuggets instead and she in a annoyed tone told us they were out so we asked for chips and cheese, she then asked us what sauces we wanted so I said Diablo, Hot, and mild. She cut me off and in a more irritated voice said “for the nuggets” although she had just told us they were out. Shoutout to the woman working the line though she was very nice and comped us chips and cheese due to them being out of a lot of the fried food. I then politely reminded her of the actual sauces I wanted for my food and she told me “you already said that” and managed to forget one of the sauces I asked for.

  Ordered through the app, got the "online exclusive" and the cook made every food item perfect, hot, & it was fresh - and he was very polite, unfortunately a rare quality to find these days... So I really appreciated that. 🙂

  Don’t bother with this Taco Bell workers are always rude and orders are never correct but they always make sure to ring them in correct and then accuse you of trying to deceive them to get free food. They won’t be getting my business anymore
