What was supposed to be a special dinner turned into a very frustrating experience. The food quality was far below expectations. The meal was poorly prepared, lacked freshness, and did not taste good at all. Several items were either incorrect or not made as ordered, and overall the presentation and flavor were extremely disappointing. Valentine’s Day is meant to be a special occasion, and unfortunately this experience completely ruined our dinner plans. I spent my hard-earned money expecting a quality meal, and instead I was left feeling frustrated and let down. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and provide an appropriate resolution, whether that be a refund or compensation for the unsatisfactory experience. This is for the Maplewood STL location. I hope you will take this feedback seriously so other customers do not have a similar experience on important occasions. The general manager, Cornell, along with the crew were attentive and cordial (which can be hard to find these days.) He wanted to make sure I had a great experience, and made me feel comfortable that the store was running well. I highly recommend them when you crave another Qdoba!
