I arrived to this location on my lunch break from work. This is the 3rd time they’ve stated they’ll be opening in 10-30 minutes! If there is a change in hours, it should be updated! Extremely disappointed.

This is my 2nd time coming to this Qdoba. Both times the employee was nonchalant, no attentive and sloppy. She also waisted the chicken on the counter picked it up and put it back in the serving container 😔 I asked for corn. They didn't have any up front She touched everything with the same gloves she made the food with. Just nasty!

although the food was good, i ordered nachos and the chips were not cooked all the way. the manager tried to charge me $1.50 for sour cream, and $1.50 for queso for my nachos. i’ve never known qdoba to charge for queso unless its on the side or sour cream.

This is the worst Qdoba ever. The food is fine, but they're always out of things. They're always super understaffed, which isn't the employees fault, but the girl working was super rude when I asked where my food was, 10 minutes after it should have been ready. At first they told me they were out of the shrimp, which is what I ordered. I asked them to refund my order, and they were not able to do it in store, the manager told me I had to do it online. She was very kind but clearly wasn't trained well. I asked how to go through the process to get a refund, and the manager had no idea how I should do that. Thankfully, we were able to figure out a solution, but I think it's crazy that a manager wouldn't have any helpful information on getting a refund started on an online order. She did find a solution for me to get my moneys worth, and I am grateful for that, but the people running this location need to fix some things. Train your managers better. Adequately staff your store.

Dear Qdoba Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent order from Qdoba Mexican Eats on Valentine’s Day. What was supposed to be a special dinner turned into a very frustrating experience. The food quality was far below expectations. The meal was poorly prepared, lacked freshness, and did not taste good at all. Several items were either incorrect or not made as ordered, and overall the presentation and flavor were extremely disappointing. Valentine’s Day is meant to be a special occasion, and unfortunately this experience completely ruined our dinner plans. I spent my hard-earned money expecting a quality meal, and instead I was left feeling frustrated and let down. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and provide an appropriate resolution, whether that be a refund or compensation for the unsatisfactory experience. This is for the Maplewood STL location. I hope you will take this feedback seriously so other customers do not have a similar experience on important occasions. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response. 2-14-2026
