  Please just choose another Sonic close. Me and my friends ordered three drinks and sat here for twenty minutes waiting on them. The guy working was nice but the carhops walk like they aren’t busy, taking their time. Just don’t waste your time.

  All I wanted was Dr. Pepper float! They couldn’t even get that right. The male on the speaker was distracted and didn’t know how to take an order!

  The blonde girl with the hair bun needs to be let go ASAP. I was patiently waiting in the drive thru line and she was standing at someone's car laughing and making incoherent remarks at me from across the parking lot. Literally standing there doing nothing when she should have been taking my payment or inside helping get the food out. Horrible experience!

  Went here to eat with friends. One friend dropped the shake they just ordered, on property, and kindly asked if they could replace it. They refused and said he’d have to pay again for another shake. While doing so he ordered a medium cheddar popper side and ended up getting shorted 2 poppers. I work in F&B management and can tell you that you won’t find real customer service here or quality assurance of your food.
