- JMJ M3 days ago1.0I really tried to keep an open mind about this place with all the bad reviews, but I was severely disappointed. The food was cold and old, they were "out" of shredded cheese and lettuce. Then, when I got home, on the second bite of the burrito, I cracked my tooth on a bone in the chicken. I will not be coming back

The service was awful, zero communication, they were messing up every order in front of me, and the same people that walked in before me were waiting even longer than I was. It wasn’t even busy. Actually pathetic from them. Somehow 6 doordashers walked in after me and all got their orders before I did. They could’ve at least warned me it would be awhile instead of saying “we’re working on it now” for 30+ minutes.

I just now tried placing an order online. It’s not going through. I tried to call. The phone isn’t going through. I really truly do not understand why this place is still open every time I order it says if they have a vendetta against me, my order is never correct. It’s always missing items. I get the simplest thing possible I get a nacho and a drink. I don’t understand how that’s so difficult and the only person in there that seems competent enough to run The store is a girl named Courtney

I get that sometimes there is no cover for a shift but this has happened everytime I stop at this qdoba. I always give them the benefit of the doubt but can you hire a constant lunch shift. Sometimes McDonald's doesn't hit like a steak bowl would.
