    The workers here will straight up ignore you. You will have to catch one of their attention once you get tired of waiting while they pretend they don’t see you. After you speak up and tell them what you want they will silently and with a smug attitude fulfill your order. No “Thank you,” no, “Have a nice day,” I mean literal silence except telling you the total. The message they are trying to get across is the job is beneath them and they do not like the customers at this location. We are not welcome there. We get it. Message received. I will not be going to this location ever again.

    Worst customer service in Manchester! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Don’t waste your time or money here. I ordered at 4:30p for a 6:00p pickup and my order was not ready!!! Then the mgr persist to tell me that my order never came through but yet I seen my name at the bottom of the big screen in the front lobby. I’m still waiting on my refund.. they said it’d be 5-10 business days for a refund since I ordered online and when I asked for a refund receipt the mgr said, “I got a receipt.” A receipt for my order… So I asked her if I’d get a “refund” receipt, she said “no.” I said, “so I’m just supposed to take your word for it?” She said, “yes” and took a picture of my receipt and said she’d sent it to her DM. So I asked her to sign the receipt for my records which the mgr did but then the mgr says, “she doesn’t get paid enough to deal with people attitudes.” No, they pay you to make peoples orders and you can’t even do that; why would they pay you more for dealing with peoples attitude? When it’s your fault the customer is reacting in this manner. They just don’t care here. Boycott this place, get them out of Manchester. This place is disgraceful, disrespectful and disgusting. Do not eat here. You’ll just be standing around wasting time. Look at all those online orders and there was a whole other page, and I know that because she kept scrolling to the next page saying she didn’t see my name…

    Came to this Wingstop around 10:40 PM since they’re open until midnight. Wait time was fine. Got home, got settled, and right before eating realized my order was wrong — two fries instead of fries and corn. The corn was literally the whole reason I went. Tried calling the store to handle it later, no answer, so I drove back and arrived at 11:48 PM — still within business hours. Apparently that was a personal offense. The manager on duty made sure to loudly express how annoyed she was, how close they were to closing, and how badly she wanted to go home… before I even got a word out. I’ve worked customer service, so I understand late shifts and end-of-night exhaustion. What I don’t understand is blaming a customer for coming in during posted hours to fix YOUR mistake. If leaving on time was the goal, getting the order right the first time might’ve helped. So just a heads up: don’t come “too late,” even if the store is technically still open.

    Ordered on Grubhub, 10 piece traditional with all flats (costs extra). Also, another 10 piece traditional with all drummies (costs extra). Did not receive either and they shorted the order, we did not get 10 wings each.
