We ordered 2 smash burger combos and two Jr double cheese burgers. I pictured one of the " double burgers" both were served the same way... as you see its not a double and its missing the cheese. The patty was harder than a hockey puck and inedible unless you want to risk getting sick. Id beat money that the patty was made 6 hours before they served it. Thats shameful. Our fries and tots for the combos weren't fresh and the burgers lacked condiments. After taking a look at other reviews its clear this location has issues, we'll never return.

After I ordered I asked if he could please make sure the cherry’s are in my cherry limeade’s. He replied by saying “I will do my best”. What kind of service is that? He should definitely make sure and reply with a better answer than that. When you spend almost 40$ for a family of 3 asking for cherry’s in your drink (which already comes in it) shouldn’t be that big of problem. Oh but it is! Almost every time I order and get home to find NO CHERRY’S is ridiculous. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal to some but to the one paying it is. And if it isn’t such a big deal then why not just put the cherry’s in your drink that comes with the drink I work in customer service, I have all my adult life. That is not good service at all
