  Went here to eat with friends. One friend dropped the shake they just ordered, on property, and kindly asked if they could replace it. They refused and said he’d have to pay again for another shake. While doing so he ordered a medium cheddar popper side and ended up getting shorted 2 poppers. I work in F&B management and can tell you that you won’t find real customer service here or quality assurance of your food.

  Slow, inefficient and food not as good as the other Sonics' that I visit often, for the all American smash burger meal. After the long wait, my food was room temperature, and lacked favor.

  Every time I've gone here, the wait has been excessively long for fast food. If you're going to this location, bring a book to read. Something sizable by Tolstoy would do nicely.

  Don't waste your money here folks. This location needs to focus on serving fresh food. Our whole order was a disappointment. We ordered 2 smash burger combos and two Jr double cheese burgers. I pictured one of the " double burgers" both were served the same way... as you see its not a double and its missing the cheese. The patty was harder than a hockey puck and inedible unless you want to risk getting sick. Id beat money that the patty was made 6 hours before they served it. Thats shameful. Our fries and tots for the combos weren't fresh and the burgers lacked condiments. After taking a look at other reviews its clear this location has issues, we'll never return.
