    Would not recommend. We came in Monday and my wife found hair in her sandwich. The staff is rude and need a lesson in customer service.

    Terrible. I used to buy trays at this Jimmy Johns for my business. Customer service is BAD. I don't feel comfortable when the lead on the line ROLLS her eyes and makes you feel bad for being there--- because they were busy... Happened twice. Tried to reach out to the owner through corporate-- since I would want to know and retrain my people to good customer service... Taking my business elsewhere.
