But at least the cheese was cold and the order receipt was stuck to the burger when I unwrapped it. Fries were dead. Fish fillets or at least hot, but the cheese was burnt and hard. Big Mac had so much sauce on it. It was dripping.I have photos bc nobody would believe this mess. Not the first time. Just the first time I complained. Normally, it’s like any other McDonald’s. Maybe someone was having a bad day and took it out on Our meals.
